M.Ed (Hearing Impaired)

Minimum Admission Requirement(O.3250)

Any person who has taken a) the degree of Bachelor of Education (Deaf) of this University in Second Class or a degree of another University or body recognised as equivalent thereto in Second Class having two years experience of teaching the hearing impaired or b) Bachelor of Education of this University in Second Class or a degree of another University body recognised as equivalent thereto in Second Class and has also taken the Diploma in Education in Second Class conducted by the Ali Yavar Jung National, Institute for the Hearing Handicapped, Bandra, Bombay or has taken the certificate/Diploma in teaching in Second Class recognised by AYJNIHH Bandra, Bombay, as equivalent thereto having two years experience of teaching the hearing impaired may be admitted to the examination for the degree of Master of Education of the Hearing Impaired partly by paper and partly by dissertation after having fulfilled the requirements as laid down in the following Ordinances and Regulations.
Students seeking admission to the course must be below 30 years of age (Open category) or must be below 40 years of age (Sponsored category)*
